Providing technology, services and support for Business Process Outsourcing or BPO: where business functions and processes are outsourced to a third party.

BPO is performed for reasons including increasing efficiency of operations, reducing costs, and gaining external expertise and competitive advantage.

BPO can be for the repetitive transactional elements, or can include entire business functions.

Outsourced business processes can be performed purely by remote teams, or remote teams and a combination of Robotic Process Automation / RPA and Artificial Intelligence / AI, or can be performed purely by RPA and AI with internal functional oversight.

Website Development and Support

Performing the tests and the QA to ensure that software developments are fit for purpose and ready for use.  Testing can be manual or automated, and will include unit tests, regression tests, integration tests, functional tests, performance tests, and end to end tests, before being released to "super users" who then perform UAT or user acceptance tests.  And finally there are smoke tests - quick high level tests to check core functionality is working.

Any new functionality added to software can have unintended impacts on other parts of the system.

Manual tests are key as a first step, but, in order to enable Agile development, automated testing sequences have to be continually developed and run prior to each update.

Performance testing is also essential : an application's performance is determined by the elegance of the software architecture and design, the technology stack that it is run on, along with the power and resources available to it.

Unit tests are a simple, isolated test.

Functional tests are tests mapped out by the initial requirements: what is the use case, what are the expected inputs and outputs, and did the software behave in the way expected?  Functional tests have to be performed by the development teams, and then again by the business users, as part of UAT or User Acceptance Tests.

Regression tests are tests of processes that have already been tested before: and simply running the same tests again.

Integration tests are progressively important, the more integrated your software application is: the interfaces need to work, and integrated applications must not be impacted by changes. 

End to end tests are complete tests of all elements of a system, where each process that runs within the software, is tested from the start, through to completion.

Testing services can include the provision of courses to train testing engineers to the standards of International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) and Certified Professional Requirements Engineering (CPRE).
